Nice product, good size, not the best customer service. My swords came with filament stuck in the dowel support hole in the center of the sword, and I tried many things to get it out but it didn’t work. No response from the seller when asking for help after days went by. :( The product is great other than the issues with the holes + no help from the sellers side of things. I’m going to have to put my sword together with no support in the center due to the fact that it’s sealed shut. My other questions were either ignored or quickly dismissed. I normally don’t leave reviews for things like this but just beware that you will not get much help if it’s needed.
