How do we ensure our products are sustainable?

We only work with suppliers who are transparent about their processes and products, and who consider sustainability throughout the whole end to end journey of a product. We will not work with a supplier if we do not feel that this is at the forefront of their business model. All products have either been handmade in the UK or have been created in approved farms and small factories abroad. Our suppliers work closely with international factories to have control over where materials are coming from, what materials are used and how workers are treated. We only sell products where materials have been grown sustainably and where workers are treated fairly and receive a decent wage.

Is our packaging recyclable?

Absolutely! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable. It is so important for us not to include single use plastic when packing and shipping items.

How long does it take to receive an order via standard free delivery?

We always aim to ship items within 24 hours so that they reach the recipient as soon as possible. However please do allow up to 5 days from shipment confirmation to receive your order. If you haven’t received your order after 5 days, please contact us so that we can investigate this promptly. Although the vast majority of packages are delivered within a few days, there are unfortunately sometimes (though usually rarely) delays with shipping. We will always do what we can to contact the delivery company and push this along, but please do keep this in mind if you are purchasing a last minute gift. We also offer 48 hour delivery for £2.99 which is an alternative option.

If you are looking to gift a loved one with some sustainable essentials, or would like to make your own bathroom routine a little more planet friendly, then this would be the ideal box :) It is a lovely selection of some of our favourite sustainable bathroom items, providing an alternative to everyday plastic and general waste.

Each bathroom kit contains the following:

3 x Muslin Cleansing Cloths. These soft cleansing cloths are made using 100% unbleached muslin. Due to the lightweight cotton material, they are ideal for all skin types. Use these muslin cloths to gently cleanse your face, removing dirt and make-up whilst stimulating circulation to help to smooth your skin. Each cloth is 30cm in diameter and has an overlocked edge which prevents fraying.

2 x Bamboo Toothbrushes. With a smooth bamboo handle, these have been designed with comfort in mind. Provides efficient brushing - being firm enough to ensure a deep clean whilst being soft enough to protect sensitive gums. Due to the lightweight nature, they are also great for travelling and make a perfect alternative to plastic.

1 x Bamboo Razor. The stylish razor is made from premium stainless steel and a 100% natural bamboo handle. The handle is strong and durable and will last you for years when looked after. It fits well in your hand and has a good weight to it, having been designed with precision and comfort in mind. Comes with one starter blade.

1 x Dental Floss. The sustainable floss is made from 100% natural bamboo with charcoal, meaning that you can keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy whilst also looking after the planet. Infused with fresh mint, the floss gently removes plague, helping to prevent tooth decay and gum disease. There is 30 metres of floss supplied.

Items will be packed securely in a recyclable stamped box, using recyclable tape.
