At this time, all items are recommended for indoor use only.

All items will be combined into one box as much as possible. All shipping overages will be refunded once your items are packaged. =]

In the event that your package is suspected to be lost or has stopped tracking; please let us know as soon as it reaches its past due arrival date. Sometimes delays can happen, so it's not always the case that your package is lost. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can!

Once you place your order, your receipt will provide you an estimated ship date. Our lead time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. If purchasing for your wedding, we recommend ordering early and providing your wedding date with your order. If you feel your order may be cutting it close, please email us before purchasing. The ship date on your receipt will only be an estimate & can fluctuate by a few days. We always want to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner! :)

We except returns on non-personalized/ non- seasonal items only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. When your item is received, we will issue a refund for the value of the item only-- not shipping or rush fees as we have no way of recovering this loss.

We are happy to provide complimentary mock ups for custom signs after purchase upon request. You can expect a mock up to be sent on the day your item is scheduled to ship. Due to the nature of our work, signs that require mock ups will take longer to produce than if a mock up is not requested.

It took two weeks from the day I ordered to ship. Originally the timing it said it would arrive ended up being when it was shipped out. Other than that, the seller was responsive to my questions and the item looks exactly like the pictures! I am pleased. :)
