If I return an order that was mailed with Free Shipping, do I get charged shipping?

The cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund amount.

If I return an order that I paid shipping for, does the shipping charge refunded as well.

The cost of shipping your order will not be refunded back. We try to offer the best prices upfront, and don't mark up or build in extra into the price of our products. With the high cost of boxes, shipping, and supplies, we are not able to absorb that into our small business.

Do you offer wholesale discounts? Or multiple stem discounts?

We try to provide the best price upfront to everyone, so there is no wiggle room for huge discounts. However, if you have 50 items in your cart, Etsy will automatically give you 10% off your order from us.

If I need an order by a certain date, is that possible?

Absolutely! If you need an order by a certain date, message us to give us the details and we will respond with what we can do! Expedited (overnight, 2nd day, etc) are available for an additional charge. We will quote you prices and days, and you can choose what you would like to do. We normally ship out same business day, so we want to get the items in your hands as quick as possible!

Can I request a specific color or customized floral stem?

Unfortunately, our production setup is just not capable of doing that! All of our items are produced at one time, and we aren’t able to do short runs or quotes of items.

Are areas excluded from our Free Shipping Offer

Yes, unfortunately the costs of shipping to HI, AK, PR, and military addresses just make it impossible to offer free shipping to these addresses. We do however split the shipping costs with the buyer, and will send a private listing for half of the cost of shipping. Orders will be held to ship until payment for the 1/2 is paid.
