What does "flocked" mean?

I promise it's not a bad word, but it is super fun to say. Rather than paint, flocking is the application of millions of tiny fibers onto an adhesive coated surface to create a velvet-like texture. Think of the fuzzy feeling inside of a jewelry box - that’s flocking! Our 4mm flocking fibers and custom adhesive provides a raised, stunning finish and long lasting quality. It's pretty awesome. What are you able to design?

LITERALLY ANYTHING! We really mean it! We can take any inspiration from any photos and create magic! We also can personalize any designs you see on our website. If you want a bear holding a cheeseburger riding a unicorn with a cape on, we can do that for you! (Even though we may chuckle a little bit).

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship our stock and personalized orders in 1-2 business days. We'll work directly with you to finalize any custom design work and ship those out as soon as your design is approved, I know you are excited, we are too, take a few deep breaths we will get it to you ASAP!

Why hasn't my order shipped?

Bestie, did you check your messages to see if you needed to approve your design proof? Don't ghost us, it hurts our feelings. Once we receive the go ahead from you that your design is approved, it will be on its way! NOTE: We only send proofs from custom designs that are bigger or the size of 24x48, so if this isn't you, you are all good! If you need more help contact us!

My doormat looks "dirty"? How do I fix it?

Call 911, this is an emergency. JK don't panic! This is a super easy fix. 1. Open your package outside. 2. Give your mat a gentle shake. (Not like the Hulk, this may cause tearing) 3. The excess flock will float away. 4. Then BAM you are good to go! To extend the life of your mat, place it under a covered area.

Why did my doormat turn darker when wet?

So glad you asked! Our mats are made from a magical material called Coir (fancy word for coconut fibers ooooo). When it gets wet, it likes to show off and turn a little darker—kind of like getting a summer tan! ALL doormats do this, but here’s the best part: our flocked design is like the VIP of durability. It lasts way longer than painted or UV mats—because who wants a flaky mat, right? All this to say, don't leave ya mat in the rain & place under a covering!

Are your products handmade/custom-made?

UHHH YEA THEY ARE, and we are proud of it! All of our designs are made by our team of hot-messes! Then each design is screen printed, placed on the mat, and flocked by hand, I know it's awesome.

How thick are your doormats?

Thicker than a snicker baby. They are approximately 1/2 of an inch thick!

I’ve got a busy door—what color text can handle all the drama?

BLACK IS YOUR BFF in high traffic areas! Just like that black t-shirt you have that has lasted you 10 years! You may of course choose lighter colors, but you just have to be extra gentle with her aka the mat. She has feelings too!

EASY TO CLEAN: Perfect for indoor and outdoor use—simply shake, vacuum, or sweep.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Avoid Direct Sunlight or Excessive Moisture: Prolonged exposure may cause discoloration or damage. Best used in sheltered areas such as covered porches or entryways.

*MAT DARKENS WHEN WET* Avoid wetting only part of the mat to prevent uneven appearance. Do not place live potted plants next to the mat, as water can soak into it unevenly.
-Drying Tips: If the mat becomes saturated, allow it to dry completely before stepping on it again.
-Occasional Clay Pieces: You may find small clay pieces in the mat, which is normal and part of the manufacturing process.
-If you notice a ring around your doormat staining the concrete, it's not caused by the mat itself but by water and dirt buildup. To prevent this, we recommend purchasing a layering rug to place under your doormat.

*SHIPPING ADIVCE* When your package arrives, open it outside. Some flock fibers may come loose during transit. Carefully remove the mat and shake it gently (avoid vigorous shaking) as the mat is heavy and could tear if mishandled.
