Oh no! You're sold out of _____! Will you have more?

Most of the time, If something is sold out I'm in the process of restocking. This can oftentimes take weeks or even months depending on the item. If something is limited edition/discontinuing, I'll usually try to say so in the listing. AS OF OCT 2024, here are the items that are scheduled to be restocked: Botanist notebooks (Nov), Nocturna oracle (late Nov), apothecary shop sign pins (late Oct) Things that are NOT getting restocked: mugs, ornaments, altar cloths For items that will be restocked, you should be able to sign up for restock notifications on the listing page.

Can I customize an item?

Unfortunately I am unable to customize an item due to everything being made in bulk. This includes custom print sizing, notebook interior pages, etc.

Can I add something to my order?

Depending on how busy we are we may be able to accommodate. However, Etsy does not have an 'add to order' function, I'm afraid! The best thing to do is to place a separate order, then send me a message (don't leave a note at checkout - I might not see it in time!) so I can notify the warehouse. Shipping overages will be refunded when I find the actual postage total - this can take up to a month when I receive monthly shipping reports.

Can I get this tattooed on me? Tattoo commissions?

I allow tattoos. Please see the 'tattoo ticket' listing if you wish to leave a tip. I do not require it, but since I do use my art to pay my bills it would be appreciated if you did. What I do require is that both you and the tattoo artist credit me whenever posting on social media (tag @thecreepingmoon). Also keep in mind that your tattooer is an artist, not a printer. My style may be different than theirs. What you see in their portfolio will be more indicative of the final product. Because of this, I would actually recommend finding an artist who's style you like and commissioning a custom design from them, as opposed to using one of my designs. I do not do tattoo commissions.

I have a retail shop and want to carry your products! Do you wholesale?

Yes I do! I offer wholesale for card decks, prints, pins and more. If you are interested, please message me with a link to your store and I'll send you a line sheet! Please note that I do not accept new wholesale clients during the months of November/December.

Are any previous editions from the tarot/oracle deck for sale? Will you be making any revisions to the deck for future editions?

Sorry, no! I don't keep previous editions on hand. Once they're gone they're gone. I am not planning on making any more artwork revisions to the deck. This includes borderless/pip-less/etc versions. I'd much rather spend that time and energy making new things, including new decks! Thanks for understanding.

Custom art/commissions

I am now open for commissions! Please send me an email at thecreepingmoon @ gmail . com I am available for private commissions (portraits etc.) as well as commercial projects (book covers, spot illustrations, game/card art, etc.). Please note that I don't do tattoo designs and typography/vector-based graphics.

When will my order ship?

While shipping schedules change weekly, we aim to ship out orders once a week. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with tracking (for most orders) from White Squirrel when your package goes out.

I bought this to start a character journal for D&D, and it was so pretty that I've actually kept up with it, haha! Incredibly unique, maybe the most unique journal I have. I combined the purchase with some stamps and sticky notes, and all have made a scrapbooker out of me.
