We accept custom orders and will be happy to make a personalized dress for you. All our dresses can be customized to match your needs.
Please contact us regarding special requests. We'll all agree on color, size and price before we start making an order.

Please carefully check our size chart and select the size you need from the ones available. If you do not see your size we will gladly accept custom order. Please send us a message and we will provide you with a list of measurements required.

We usually request body measurements and help you choose correct size. If you have an opportunity, it is better to take measurements professionally.

After arrival the dress may require alterations to give you a perfect fit. You can make it with a help of a local seamstress. Please, plan your budget according to this.
We recommend to choose a slightly larger size to do alternations if you have any doubt about your size.

We will accept Return items if they meet the following:
- Contact me within 3 days after receipt and Ship items back within 14 days
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
- Items must be sent back to our address in Ukraine

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Custom designed, personalized orders
- All items on sale
- You sent the wrong measurements
- You changed your mind about the style of the dress

Exchanges
If the new item is a different product, there might be a price difference to exchange.

Any international shipment is a subject for customs and may be checked by arriving, we have no control over that. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Depending on the country you live in, additional fees may be charged by customs upon receipt of the parcel. Be sure to check it before making an order!

We highly recommend only hand wash with cold water or dry cleaning.
Please do not squeeze or dry with Dryer.
