Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Our order processing timeframe is currently 2-3 weeks for standard orders or 1-2 business days for Ready to Ship items. This is the time it takes for your order to be made PRIOR to shipping. This timeframe will vary according to our workload at the time. Please note that you can check this timeframe on any product on Etsy before you purchase and again in your Purchases and Reviews section after you have completed your order.

Why is your processing timeframe so long?

Our order processing timeframe is currently 2-3 weeks, and there are several reasons for this but it boils down to this; As much as I would love for it to be, Rebellion is not my full-time job. I create your orders around working a day job and parenting a toddler. Orders may ship sooner than your estimated timeframe but we cannot guarantee it. If you need it shipped early, you may purchase our 'rush my order' listing which will move you to the top of the production list or choose from our Ready to Ship items which will dispatch in 1-2 business days.

THE TECHNICAL STUFF:
**PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO IRON THESE ONTO NYLON OR PLASTIC BACKPACKS. We cannot take responsibility if you melt your stuff. If applying patches to backpacks, regardless of base material, you will need to stitch them for security. Patches can be applied directly to appropriate (not nylon/plastic) garments with an iron. Simply cover with a cloth or parchment paper, Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds on high. Turn garment inside out and repeat. Check bond at edges once cool and if required, repeat process. We recommend a few hand stitches, especially on larger patches to ensure a long-lasting bond and that you only use a gentle hand wash on any felt patches.

The Production Stuff:
Due to the handmade nature of these items and that we make them to order, our production time can vary from 5 business days to up to 3-4 weeks. This is the time it takes for us to create your patches once you have placed your order. It does not include shipping time. Please check the production timeframe for your items PRIOR to purchase.

Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes. In some cases, these fees may be included in the product or shipping price. Please note that any refunds will be reduced by the amount of these fees where applicable.
