We are ready to make a garment that fits you well and makes you happy, but we do not make custom clothes.
We can do the following:
• Add length to a garment
• Make a garment shorter
• Add length to the sleeves
• Make the sleeves shorter
• Make garment to fit your measurements

IMPORTANT: We do not do exchanged, and customized/personalized pieces are non-refundable.

Machine wash up to 30-40ºC on a gentle cycle
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low if needed
Take the clothes out while they are still damp and air-dry.
It is best not to iron linen. If needed, steam will be the best option. Iron inside out, and set a low heat on the iron. Do not bleach

All clothes are created and packed for every customer carefully and with love. Our main aim is to make the piece of clothing exceed the customer’s needs when he/she sees his/her order for the first time in real. But anything can happen therefore all goods have 14 days return guarantee period from the reception of the goods. If, for any reason, You are not satisfied with Your purchase, please contact us first.

We hope and seek to meet your expectations, but we are flexible and understand that anything can happen.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

We will accept your return gladly if:

* You contact us in 14 days after delivery about your intention to return your order;
* The item you have sent us back is in perfect condition, with attached labels and original packaging;
* The buyer is responsible for the shipping expenses of return process;
* We do not exchange or accept returns of personalized orders;
* Refunds can only be made to the original payment method;
* We do not take responsibility for the item lost during the delivery process.
