My card hasn't arrived yet

We're sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet - once items are passed to Royal Mail delivery can take up to 10 working days after the date of posting - Royal Mail do not class anything as lost until the full 10 working days have elapsed at which point we will replace your order - all delivery dates are Etsy estimates only based on Royal Mail's published delivery times

Can my card be sent direct to the recipient

Yes, that's no problem at all - please include the recipient's address with your order and we will dispatch direct to them - please note that this information must be provided at the time of order to ensure it is linked to the correct order - we cannot accept this information via Etsy message or e-mail

Can you print on the insert in my card

Yes, we can print a message for you inside your card - all messages will be centred and printed on the right hand side of the insert paper - your message must be left with your order, at the time of order - we cannot accept messages for inserts via Etsy message or e-mail

All letter size items are posted via 1st Class and large letters 2nd Class - upgrades are available at Checkout - you can upgrade to 1st Class, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery if you require your order to be delivered sooner - please note: upgrading postage means that your order will be delivered sooner via Royal Mail, not dispatched sooner than the quoted delivery time on the listing - we cannot control delivery times once dispatched

How is my order packaged

Your order will be packed and protected in a cello bag in either a board backed 'do not bend' envelope or A5/A4 box for items with raised decoration/presentation box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition - most items fit through a standard letterbox

Please contact us as soon as you realise you have made a mistake - if your order has not been dispatched we will do what we can to help - if your order has already left us unfortunately we cannot recall items and you will need to trace your order via Royal Mail

Beautiful personalised 7th, 9th, 22nd or 49th (Copper) Wedding Anniversary Card with double layered heart embellishment and personalised wording to suit your recipients on a classic opening 300gsm textured finish card to celebrate a Copper Anniversary - a lovely keepsake for a special occasion

Size - 15cm x 15cm

- inside it has a blank paper insert for you to write your own personal message or we can print it for you - please forward the verse / message you would like adding

- co-ordinating envelope for giving / posting

- personalised with details to suit your recipient

All our cards are handmade using the highest quality 300gsm linen embossed cards

About your Design:

- Premium Luxury Card Stock - 300gsm - classic opening - textured or smooth per listing details

- Premium paper insert (where applicable) to co-ordinate with the card design - blank unless an insert message is left with your order

- Card size: approximately 15cm x 15cm (6" x 6")

- Each card ordered comes complete with an envelope for giving / posting (where applicable)

- Insert messages are printed on the right hand side when opening and all text is centred and printed in a font complimenting the text on the front of the card (where applicable)

- Personalisation on the front of the card will be set out in the same format as the photos on the listing - ie for anniversary cards please leave your recipients names and date of anniversary, for placecards leave a list of names, for money wallets leave relation and name - we will only change the information you have left ie names and date - all other information will stay the same unless you leave details to change everything

Delivery Addresses:

Orders can be sent direct to the recipient(s) - please ensure you change the postal address to theirs rather than yours at Checkout

Personalisation:

Please add personalisation details in the personalisation box on the listing or in 'note to seller' at checkout - please note that all personalisation details must be left when you order - please do not send via Etsy message/e-mail after ordering as messages do not link to your order and can be missed

Urgent orders:

Please contact us via Etsy message before placing your order as 'notes to seller' and personalisation is not seen until we reach your order for processing (all orders are processed in date of receipt order)

Standard delivery is via 2nd Class post.
