Can you print my templates?

I currently do not offer printing services. The wide variety of formatting options mean that your templates can be printed in many places including at home, by an online printing company, or at your local printing shop.

Can you edit the template for me?

My shop sells digital templates which are intended for you to customise yourself. However, if you need help editing your template, please do reach out to me and I will be happy to help!

How do I get my files after I purchase them?

You will receive an email directly from Corjl.com to the email address associated with your Etsy account. The email will contain a link to your templates. If you have not received the email after 10 minutes, please check which email address is linked to your Etsy account. Please also check your email junk folder. Please note, on some rare occasions (for example, if you pay with Apple Pay), the template link will not be sent to you automatically. On these occasions the template link will be sent to you manually within 24 hours.

What program do I use to edit the file?

None! All editing is done online at Corjl.com. The website is free to use. No downloads or subscriptions are required.

Can I edit on a mobile phone?

Only very basic text edits can be done on a mobile phone or tablet. All other editing must be done on a computer. I recommend trying the free demo BEFORE purchasing any templates.

Where can I print my templates?

Your templates can be printed at home, by an online printing company or by any local printing company. The files can be downloaded in PDF or JPEG format, as a single file or with multiple per page. With so many formatting options, the templates can be printed almost anywhere in the world!

Can I use pre-cut label sheets?

I cannot guarantee that any 3rd party pre-cut label sheets will align with the template designs. I would recommend printing the designs on size A4 or US Letter and cut the individual shapes out yourself.

Can I pay with Apple Pay?

You can pay with Apple Pay. HOWEVER, if you pay with Apple Pay, Corjl will not be able to send you the template link(s) automatically. I will therefore manually send the template link(s) to you - this usually only takes a few hours but could take up to 24 hours.

How quickly will I receive my templates after purchasing them?

How do I leave a review?

Before you can leave a review, you will need to download the PDF file "HowToAccessTemplates", that was sent to you on purchase. The file can be found under "Purchases and Reviews". Buyers have 100 days to review a digital order, beginning on the date the buyer downloads the file(s).
