Bahadir was extremely receptive to my request for a more unique design. Although it took many exchanges to arrive at exactly what I wanted, his responses were quick and it only took about a day and a half to get my order started. I loved how the shop sent a diagram of the design before actually making it so that I could ensure I was getting what I asked for. In terms of the quality, the engraving is really well done - my boyfriend loves it. I can't speak to the quality of the silver itself since I've only had it for one day but it looks fantastic. The clasp is nice too.
