Beautiful set from the 1980s by Garavani Valentino.

No chips or dings, very clean.

Choker is approximately 16 inches. Signed on the back with his Classic signature V.

Earrings measure 1 inch. Clips are very good. Both earrings are signed with the Classic V.

I have researched this set and I do not find any pieces on this line. I had the bracelet at one time,but, I don't even find that. Very highly collectable set.

History: Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani is a legendary Italian couturier. His design works – brilliant jewelry, feminine and luxurious dresses became symbols of glamor and bohemian life of aristocrats, movie stars and celebrities.

In 1967 Atelier turns into a respectable Fashion House. Valentino dresses style icons such as Jacqueline de Ribes and Babe Paley, the maestro transfers seasonal fashion shows from Florence to Rome and receives the Neiman Marcus Award in Dallas, one of the most prestigious in the fashion industry.
Noteworthy, for the first time in the history of modern fashion, Valentino uses the logo as a decorative element (1968). In 2008, he retired, but Valentino brand continues to set the tone in the world of haute couture. In 2008, the Master, distinguishing thirty shades of red, left the throne of the fashion king, realizing that he had done everything for it, from Jackie Onassis’s wedding dress to Jay Law’s wedding dress. After so many years spent among fashionistas and women of fashion, the maestro chose to spend time in the company of his favorite pets.
