The items are amazing - so well made and just what we wanted. It arrived on the LAST DAY of the estimate delivery and with no way of speeding it up. This is more my issue as I was really hoping would be on the quicker end of the estimated date - it took 2- 3 weeks until it arrived, which they did specify, but hoped it would have arrived for a specific event. They weren’t willing to send it any earlier for me either. But it was all communicated to me well so no issues with customer service. Just expect it to take the longer estimated time.
