We definitely suggest hand-washing your MYN ceramics, but if needed they can be washed in the dish washer. Hand-washing ensures that your pieces stay as brand new as can be!

Yes! MYN ceramics are fired in the kiln at super high temperatures, so they are definitely microwave safe! Please note that even though the ceramic products are microwave safe, they will be hot to the touch.

Yes! The glaze we use for MYN ceramics is completely lead-free and food and beverage safe.

Due to the fragile nature of the products we create, we understand this is a possibility. At MYN Studios, we carefully pack each product with enough cushioning to safely deliver it to its new home. Most damaged goods that are received are broken due to the shipping provider. Please note that MYN Studios creates with the highest standards and will never send a damaged or low-quality product.

The customer must notify us and send a picture of the broken item within 3 days of receiving the package. If a message AND a photo is not sent within the time allotted, the shop will assume that the item was shipped successfully. All refunds and replacement requests are subject to review.

MYN Studios does not do custom orders. We are always expanding our inventory and line of products, so we suggest customers to continually check for updates on Etsy and our social media pages!
