Love this seller always does good
the item was great, but i waited over 2 months for it. there was a shortage of white joy-cons to make these, but no one bothered to send a message to me to give me a heads up until i messaged them after a month and a half after i placed my order. i ordered them on 11/24, shipping label created 12/22, and then NOTHING. i messaged them on 01/06 and they said they were going to start my order next week. i waited another 2 weeks to message them again since the controllers still hadn't been shipped, to find out they needed a few more days for testing. i get it, you're busy, but COMMUNICATION IS KEY. honestly, while i love the controllers i ordered, i'm not sure i'd go with this company again, especially since they quote a 2-5 week turnaround when you place an order and mine took exactly 10 weeks to get to me.
I had an issue where a tray was missing, but after contacting, he got me the trays sent out ASAP. Great customer service from a great guy!
Item got lost in the mail but he fixed everything and was very responsive!
