Cancellation / Return Policy I take great pride in the quality and accurate description of all of my handmade items. I will accept order cancellation on standard items as long as they have not been shipped. I am unable to accept cancellations or returns on custom orders. If there is a problem with your order please contact me. If you elect to return a standard item for refund or exchange, contact me within 72 hours from delivery. Item must be returned within 14 days of initial delivery. The buyer will be required to pay for “all” shipping costs on a return.

When will my order ship.

Each item is made by hand in my workshop. I am able to ship many items (smaller items/orders) within days. Most larger pieces will require more like two weeks before I can have your order in the shippers hands. Heavy order volumes and around the holidays could add more time for processing and delivery. Carriers from time to time also experience delays that are beyond my control. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with questions regarding prior to placing an order, shipping or custom orders..
