What type of file will I receive with a mockup photo?

You will receive a high-resolution JPG photo file. The photo file is free of all watermarks and perfectly formatted to use in your Etsy shop right away. If you prefer to receive a PSD, PNG, or other common file type, I am happy to send that to you as well. Just shoot me a message and let me know what you need.

How to do I add my own design to the mockup photo?

You can use Canva (this is my preference), Photoshop, or any other common photo editing program. I prefer Canva because it's so intuitive and easy to use. And it's completely free.

Do I have to use Canva in order to edit your color and size charts?

Yes, these templates were specifically designed to be used in Canva. I encourage you to give Canva a try. If you need help I will send you a pre-made PDF will some instructions on how to edit my templates.

Yes, Canva is free. You will need to create an account using your email address, but all my templates are editable using a free account access.

Do you offer refunds?

I will gladly work with you if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Send me a direct message and let me know what's going on and I will do my best to fix it for you!
