2. Send your photos via Etsy message or email 'prints@ruind.co.uk'. Try to do this as soon as you order to prevent delays.

3. I'll get in touch if any amendments are needed.

4. Your prints will be posted.

- Sharp and in focus

- Well lit and not too dark

- We recommend using photographs that haven't been edited with a filter.

- Portrait is recommended but not essential - avoid square photos

We offer two tiers of shipping at Ruin’d:

- Standard (2nd Class)
- Express (1st Class)

We ship all our parcels from our studio in Cheshire, UK.
All international orders are sent with tracking.

Should you need your order for a date thats closing in fast, we recommend you upgrade to express shipping to jump the queue.
