That all depends on the postal services. Most of the times it takes just one week to send it overseas. But sometimes it takes longer.

I do accept returns from customers within the EU, no problem there!

But for packages send back to me from outside the EU I will be charged import tax when I recieve the package.
Unfortunately Etsy demands I may not charge these costs to the customer.
