This book was originally printed in 1856 in Cincinnati, by H.M. Mullison of Queen City Publishing House. It was reprinted in 2006 and 2009 by Hoosier Historic Enterprises of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Paperback, 232 pages.

This book is an excellent reference for those interested in 19th century medicine, as well as history enthusiasts and reenactors.
