All painted rocks can be an indoor or outdoor pieces. I keep my painted rocks inside, but if you opt to place yours out, I suggest it be temporary and with covered protection like a porch roof, umbrella, awning, etc. Although the varnish and paint can withstand natural elements for some time, outdoor exposure can significantly shorten the life span of the piece.

If an order is placed on a major US holiday, please expect at least a day or two of delayed processing time, although I will do my best to complete within a timely manner and send a message if any difficulties arise.

Just tell me the design of your liking and I can create a custom collection and/or singular piece, just for you.

Please keep in mind that although I can duplicate most designs, I cannot duplicate a rock. I always try to chose the best rock for the job, but variations should be expected from the pieces that are already listed in my shop.

And last, pricing. Custom pieces may be subject to slightly higher pricing, depending on the extent of the order, but I will be upfront and discuss that prior to finalizing.

For painted rocks.

Pretty easy, peasy on this. Just an occasional dusting here and there, but if needed, the rock can be gently wiped down with a lightly damp cloth.

Refunds are not applicable to this shop. Each listing provides enough details about the item that one should be able to determine prior to purchase if the desired item is right for them and being a rock is pretty much indestructible, damage in the mail isn’t an issue.

Any in store coupon/discount code cannot be applied to custom orders. Custom orders will be priced according to the buyers request and agreed upon before anything is finalized.

If an item is returned because an incorrect address was given, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the correct address. The item will not be reshipped until the shipping fee is paid. If the buyer does not pay the shipping fee within 30 days from the item being returned, then the item will not ship again and will be assumed forfeited and no refund will be issued and the item will go back into the shop for sale.
