Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues with damage or defects must be reported within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered. Reports made after this time frame cannot be considered. When reporting a problem, include clear photos of the item and packaging so I can address the issue promptly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I offer gift packaging - see the "gift" option during checkout. Gift wrap is $4 per item. If you want multiple items individually gift wrapped, you can purchase additional gift wrap from the "additional gift wrap" listing in my shop.

Can I use a promo code after my order has been placed?

No. Promo codes must be entered at the time of checkout. It is not possible to apply a promo code after an order has been placed. *Promo codes are not applicable to bulk or custom orders.

I used the wrong address during checkout. Can I change it?

I'm required to ship to the address a customer inputs during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address and your order hasn't shipped yet, I will cancel and refund your original order and you can repurchase using the correct address. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to me for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of reshipping. Returned packages will be held for up to 90 days from the date of return. If reshipping payment is not received within this period, the order will be considered abandoned and the customer forfeits the right to have it shipped again.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. Can you replace it?

No. If USPS marks a package as Delivered (including “in/at mailbox,” “front porch,” “parcel locker,” or “handed to individual”), the order is considered complete. I do not replace, refund, or remake orders that USPS confirms as delivered. If your package is missing after a delivered scan, you must contact your local post office with your tracking number. They can pull the GPS scan, verify the delivery location, and help you recover the package. Please also check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, and any parcel lockers used by your carrier. Once USPS marks an order as delivered, delivery issues must be resolved directly with the post office. If you suspect mail theft, you can report it at www.uspis.gov.

I just placed an order...can I cancel it?

Sometimes. I provide fast turnaround, which means I am often fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed. I'm not able to constantly check messages, so if I have already started on your order before I see your cancellation request, I will not be able to cancel your order. If you're unsure about making a purchase, please wait until you are able to fully commit to the purchase.

Can you stamp my personal items?

No. Due to the risk of damage or loss during transit, I cannot stamp your personal belongings.

Local pickup, extending ship dates...

Etsy now requires a tracking number for each order, so I can no longer offer local pickup for any transactions made through my shop. I will no longer be able to extend ship dates, even if I am awaiting info from the customer, or if the customer has requested a later ship date. If I need additional info from you and don't receive it within the provided processing window, I will be forced to cancel your order.

Proper care of your handmade item is the customer’s responsibility. I do not offer warranties for wear, damage, or issues caused by improper care or use. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit, style preference, or difficulty of use.

What if my package is delayed?

I am not responsible for USPS or carrier delays. Once I ship your order, delivery times are entirely controlled by the postal service. Delays due to weather, staffing shortages, rerouting, or seasonal volume are outside of my control. If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, I will replace the order after the 30-day waiting period has passed from the date of the last tracking update. This timeframe is required because USPS often resumes movement on delayed or misrouted packages within that window.
