How do I download my files?

For Instant download orders - Downloads are available once your payment has been cleared with Etsy. Confirmation may take a few minutes. To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Steps to easily re-download the file(s): 1. Go to the top right corner of your Etsy page and click on "You". 2. Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu. 3. Find your purchase & click the blue button to "Download Files". Where do I get the files printed?

You can print your files at home or at a printing shop such as Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, FedEx Office. Print shops may have requirements such as the file format/type they need, so please check with them first and get back to me if you do not have the correct file format already. Usually it is either PDF, PNG or JPEG file format.

What paper do I use to print?

I recommend using heavyweight matte paper - either photo paper or smooth card stock.
