As far as printing goes - the files were made to fit a vertical clear badge holder (most of them are 4.33" x 2.64" in size) when printed with NORMAL photo margins on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. However, I suggest you measure your own badge holder and adjust the printer settings as needed.

When you go to print the files; make sure that your printer selection isn't set to enlarge the images in any way.
