I took a chance on this, hoping to hang it on my wall like a tapestry. Overall, I’m pleased. The design is beautiful and intricate, and I keep discovering new little details that I love. The fabric is not exactly what I expected, the “scuba” is thinner than something like a scuba suit, It’s more of a regular fabric weight, though very stretchy. The print makes it look ribbed, but that is purely part of the printing, not the fabric itself. I wound up stapling it to the frame of a painting to hang it on my wall — very tricky with the stretch! It does require something to give it some shape, and help it hang straight. Combines my love of alchemy, & ancient tapestries, with a nod to the ‘Black Family tapestry’ that I was going for without being an outright reproduction (which I didn’t want). Excellent!
