All our jewelry are sold in inches. Necklace and bracelet size is the total finished length of the chain or cord or beads, clasp included. Below we have converted bracelet and necklace sizes BRACELET SIZES : 6 inches = 15.25 cm 6.5 inches = 16.50 cm 7 inches = 18 cm 7.5 inches = 19 cm 8 inches = 20 cm 8.5 inches = 21.60 cm 9 inches = 22.85 cm NECKLACE SIZES : 14 inches = 35.6 cm 15 inches = 38 cm 16 inches = 40.6 cm 18 inches = 45.7 cm 20 inches = 50.8 cm 22 inches = 55.9 cm 24 inches = 61 cm

We ship Monday - Wednesday and Friday. All our orders are shipped by standard airmail with tracking number. As soon as the package leaves Greek territory, It's the post office of the destination country that takes care of it. The tracking number will only be updated once it has been scanned by the destination post office. As long as it has not been scanned, it will not appear in the destination country.

My package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it

Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package. Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information. Please also note that USPS DOES NOT provide proof of delivery for international shipments . SBOeyes cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were marked as delivered. Thank you for understanding!

My order has not been delivered at the estimated date

Orders in transit that are not delivered by the estimated delivery date are NOT eligible for a refund. The estimated delivery date we indicate is an estimation and not a guarantee of delivery. Delays may occur for various reasons that are not under our control. If your order has still not been delivered, please don't worry and wait a few more days. In our experience, no order is ever lost. Orders that have not been delivered will be refunded once we have confirmation from the post office of the country of destination that the package has been lost.
