~ Conditions of Return and Exchange ~

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted. If a return is refused due to its condition or not following the return instructions, any additional shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

~ Unclaimed Packages ~

If your package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange either redelivery or cancellation of the order. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose redelivery, additional shipping charges will apply.

A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 7–8 weeks from the shipping date and there have been no tracking updates during that time.
