Why isn't my tracking info updating?

If your tracking is stuck in "pre-transit" or hasn't updated in awhile, specifically with dice tray orders, your item(s) have likely been shipped already and is still on it's way. USPS does not track select first class packages so Etsy uses a 3rd party to do so. Sometimes this tracking method is not the best but we are trying to work with Etsy to figure out a better solution.

Which Storage Solutions fit the Player Handbook and/or character sheets?

The RPG case fits the PHB under the elastic strap in front of the foam section (see picture on product page). The brown tray insert is removable to store your character sheet. Both sizes of the deluxe travel game bag sizes fit the PHB and character sheets as well. The standard game bag does not fit the PHB but you can fold your character sheets in half to fit.

Can I get custom work on an item?

Yes, select products such as dice trays or the RPG case can be customized to your liking. Please look for the listings that include "Custom" in the title for these products as they cost a bit extra for the additional personal touch.

What if my package can't be delivered?

If the postal service is unable to deliver your package for any reason, the package will be returned to us. Once we've received your package, we will reach out to try to aquire a new address to resend the package. Extra shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
