I offer custom services for new products. If you have an item you would like custom made to order that is not listed, contact me with your request.

With the exception of leather care goods and most tools in my shop, each item I list is designed and made by me in my shop located in Burlingame, California.

If you are a retailer or distributor looking to sell products of your design, brand or for use as a component in something you manufacture I do offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders.

Any product that I sell that requires sizing will have instructions in the product description and/or I will have an info graphic image on how to properly measure/size to your needs. If you have questions regarding how to properly obtain this information, contact the seller before buying.

If incorrect measurements are given for a product, returns will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify proper measurements when placing the order.

For stock items, you may return them for a refund as long as returned in new condition. The buyer is responsible for paying for postage back to seller.

A re-stocking fee of will be deducted and shipping will not be refunded. Please contact the seller prior to returning your product to determine restocking fee.

This does not apply to items with warranty or workmanship issues. Contact the buyer prior to returning for additional instructions.
