I am a newbie to crochet. This pattern was fantastic because it allowed flexibility on the size and style. The pattern is not focused on the stitch count. It’s more about the fit, which helped with the arms, length, etc. This made it easier to create the project to where I didn’t make a full turtleneck and I used a button for the belly strap closure. I have never made anything like this before and it was easy! Laura also quickly replied back to my message, which was also very kind. I will definitely make more of these sweaters for mine and other furry friends. 👍
