* In notes to seller field add your engraving instructions. (Name) All Names are in the font listed Signature font.. Unless you message us and requested another font
* Proofs WILL NOT be provided unless specified when ordering. Allow 24 hours for a proof to be sent to you. Please check your conversations frequently so proofs can be approved to avoid delay on your order.

* RUSH ORDERS - If you need your order to ship out sooner please feel free to send us a conversation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may be required to change standard shipping method. Once contacted we would let you know if there will be additional fees.

* SHIPPING - Before checking out please make sure all your shipping information is current. We will not be responsible for the wrong address.

* USA - Your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive approximately 3-5 business days after shipped.
