How do I access my pattern?

To access your pattern, you must be on a web browser. You cannot download files from the Etsy app. Please follow these instructions: help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-How-to-Download-a-Digital-Item If you still cannot access your download, send me the best email to reach you at and I will send the PDF that way.

What hook/yarn/material do I use for XYZ pattern?

All material information is provided in the listing description, the photo gallery which contains the information page directly from the pattern, and the pattern, itself. I do not answer questions about materials, that information is given to you amply at every point both before and after purchase of the pattern.

Pattern support is offered within reason, and only after you have employed all other means of solving the issue yourself. It is implicitly assumed that, having purchased the pattern, you read all of the listing details, including the sample instructions, and are capable of working primarily from a written pattern. The support page in each pattern provides further details about what I do/do not provide support for.

Refunds on digital purchases.

Per both mine and Etsy's policies regarding digital purchases, there are no refunds. It is stated multiple times in the first listing photo, the title, and the description of pattern listings that the listing is for a DIGITAL CROCHET PATTERN PDF FILE and that there are no refunds on digital purchases. You have not purchased a physical item and you will not receive a refund if you bought this on the assumption you were buying a finished clothing item, or for any other reason.
