Custom and personalised orders

Please note Personalised items can not be returned as they are not an off the shelf item and are made to the sizes that you either chose or left personalisation for your order. These items include all 3mm Letters and script words, All 18mm MDF Products and Acrylic Shapes, anything else is returnable, please contact us for an RMA number if you do need to return a returnable item.

We use Royal mail Tracked 48 for all daily orders, If necessary we may use a courier for larger bespoke items . All orders are sent out the same day your order is placed if ordered before 2pm (Monday - Friday) within 24 hours maximum. You can upgrade your shipping speed to next day delivery Tracked 24 as you go through the check out process.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Sorry we do not offer gift wrapping at this moment in time as we try to get all orders sent out ASAP offering gift wrapping at this moment in time would prevent us getting every order dispatched on time.
