|SPECS|
-We digitally print our designs on a polyester mat rolls and then cut it to the size you wish and finally overlock the round for final shape!
-Pile thickness is 8mm +/-2mm
-We use high pile rug rolls for premiım feeling and high quality resolution, when these high piles lean towards different directions you may see the white areas deep in the piles which is quite normal and not a defect, when you lean them all to the same direction you will overcome this view.
-Easy and safe to use at both indoors and covered outdoors(please note that this is not pure heavy duty outdoor doormat), also easy to clean see the FAQ for care instructions.
-Our doormats use the same materials and quality with standard polyester rugs and mats so that door mats are weighty (94.500 knots per foot square) and stable on the both covered outdoor and indoor floors, also as a support we give anti slip rug pads with your doormat as a gift.
-Door mats are made to order, we do not keep stocks

The Courier Companies we work with do not accept PO Box addresses,we need to have full street addresses for the orders.
If you realize you gave PO Box address please contact us immediately. If we realize and ask to you and have no response, its under customer's responsibility.
Orders with PO Box addresses may have the risk of failed delivery and no refund, for your information.
For some of my designs I have production partners from different locations, Etsy shows my location as a shop location HOWEVER the product you buy may ship from my partner's location, to see where it will ship from please expand the "Shipping & policies" title.

--VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ--

We try to send our products to every country we can, however this comes with some disadvantages. As you know not all of the countries are welcoming packs coming from overseas without tax charge like United States.

For all countries we send products to, Canada(not all of our products ships from US, some ships from Turkey, ATTENTION ! ) being in the first place:
Unfortunately Etsy does not have a function to charge your import tax/VAT at the check out for every country(except Australia, Norway, UK, USA, European Union, New Zealand, no problem for these countries), that’s why when you receive the pack courier company may ask for tax charge(plus their brokerage fees if any, this is not delivery charge, this is tax charge that your state requires, not my business or courier).

Upper threshold of VAT charge for UK is 135 GBP and for EU it is 150 EUR, when the total is beyond these thresholds Etsy will not bet able to charge you, you VAT will be handled by the couriers in this case with their brokerage fees as well, FYI.

If you see tax item at the check out, please don’t worry you won’t have further charges after check out.( such as purchases from Australia, Norway, UK, USA, European Union etc)

Depending on your country, this total charge may reach substantial amounts, so please do your research about this and if you want to know what courier I am using for that product and country, please do not hesitate to ask.

Please be aware of this possibility, and don’t get upset with me and the situation later. Me and my coworkers are just trying to make a better living for our families here, we’re with you all the time and our very first purpose is to make you guys happy with our laborious products.



—WHAT TO DO WHEN DELIVERED ITEM/PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?—




Take pictures of the package(showing barcodes and info stickers on the package), take picture of the item especially damaged areas.




Reach UPS/DHL or FedEx’s local phone number and file a damage claim on the day when package was delivered to your address.




The later you file the claim, the less chance to get a result, since when time passes situation becomes unprovable.




At the same time please share photo proofs with me so that I can also file a claim to local courier for my location.




If package is not dropped at your door and you directly get it from courier, please have courier take the stamens down about the damaged pack on their system.




And lastly keep the package and item with the condition you get and do no use it until the claim gets a result.
-Care Instructions-
First we advise to vacuum clean, then if still dirty, you can wash with rug shampoo.
If you still want cleaner then it’s suitable to machine wash.
Wash at 30 C , do not bleach, low spinning, lay flat to dry, no tumble dry
