Thank you for the interest in our custom earrings, whether to support your favorite team, celebrating an event, or just having a great pair of earrings for your favorite person. Each pair of earrings (price listed is for per pair) are personally laser cut, in Wisconsin, with 1/8" thick hardwood and colors/images are permanently applied. Image will not rub off and NOT decals. Will use the earrings for years to come.
Send us your favorite forward-looking photo (does not need to be a photo of them in any specific sport) and team colors, we can create a one-of-a-kind pair of earrings

SIZES AND OPTIONS:
Dangle size is roughly 1.75" due to legs being the majority of length and to showcase the earring design. Stud Earring size is roughly 0.95"
SINGLE SIDED – the backside is painted black
DOUBLE SIDED – the same print on the front is the same on the back.

Size Not including the hardware. *Sizes are approximate they may vary slightly as these are handmade.*so light and comfortable to wear!
I only use STAINLESS STEEL Hypoallergenic earring hooks in either silver or gold tone. These are nickel free hooks, If ordering double sided, the image will be on both sides. We do try to flip some elements like numbers but not always possible.
**Shop provides previews of all orders being sent if there is customization. SMALL adjustments are allowed during preview. if customer requests photo changes, that is subject to additional cost. Previews are provided ON ETSY and not by email. If buyers approve the preview or no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with order and buyer will take 100% responsibility and NO returns/refunds will be provided

PLEASE NOTE: Due to custom and each made to order, colors and sizes may have slight variables. I try my best to match the colors to requests. There are many variables of colors so I try to match as close as possible.
LEAD TIMES: Can change, at sellers discretion, based on volume. Non-Christmas Holiday lead times are 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

EXPEDITE OPTION: If you wish for this option, add your item to cart AND the expedite option, to check out both. We will expedite the order, normally reducing processing of order to 1-2 business days for processing, to get shipped. Please communicate to determine this lead time, at time of ordering. This option DOES NOT include expedite shipping. You would also need to view cart shipping options


RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
**Due to custom items made, no returns are allowed. IF there is a quality issue or have issues with your order, please contact us and see what needs to be addressed. Before any replacement is provided, original item is required to be returned first, back in original condition

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is only allowed with 24 hours after order submitted. Cancellation is NOT allowed after 24 hours, regardless of reason , lack of providing colors or lack of providing photos. If any work or communication is provided on order, no cancellation allowed or you could incur processing costs.

**Shop provides previews of all orders being sent. If buyers approve the preview or no response is received, within 24 hours, buyer take 100% responsibility and NO returns/refunds will be provided unless something on item significantly changed (Name/Personalization incorrect).

**Seller is also not responsible for different color resolutions or what the buyer preserves' to be the color of items as we try to match the best color possible.
Buyers have 7 days to alert the seller of any issues and or damages of order. Anything past 7 days, no refunds will be given and if replacement is requested, cost is the responsibility of the buyer
