Do you offer repairs?

Yes we offer repairs on all jewellery sold. If an item arrives broken you will be offered a refund or replacement. In the case of a broken item please contact us as soon as possible and provide as much information so your claim can be processed promptly. If an item does break we do need the item back before a repair or replacement can be done.

Jewellery is made to order in the size of your choice. Bracelets and necklaces are made according to size selected without any allowances. Take note of that when ordering bracelets especially if you prefer a loose fit.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer a gift wrap service. Items are packaged in luxury gift wrap with ribbon and bow and optional gift message if required.
