About:
All of our items are individually handcrafted; we keep no stock, making your items uniquely yours and one of a kind.

Material:
Each of our items are individually designed, tooled, precision machined and hand finished - made from high quality 18mm thick MDF.


Sizing: Item sizes are defined by the items longest length; width or height.

Item thickness: 18mm
Cavity/hollow depth: 13mm


Medium (Pictured):
Size: 20cm (8 inch) - £6

Large:
Size: 25cm (10 inch) - £8

X-Large:
Size: 30cm (12 inch) - £11


Turnaround time:
We require 5-8 days to manufacture our items.
After our 5-8 day manufacturing time we dispatch all orders.


For bulk orders we may require a short number of extra days due to increased machining times.
We will contact yourself when ordered if we require more time.


Shipping Arrival Time:
(Royal Mail quotation) 2nd Class Recorded 3-5 days (UK).
Parcels can take 1-2 days longer than this. We do not control the arrival time once dispatched.

Shipping Price:
UK: £3.95 per quantity 1, 50p per extra quantity; Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for/Tracked and Signed


Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee a full refund within 14 days of purchase; we require our customers to pay the return postage cost - with items shipped with tracking to our shop.
As soon as the returned items are received in new condition a refund will be immediately issued. We unfortunately cannot refund items if they do not arrive back to us, or are damaged in transit when shipped to ourselves.
