Shipping time was excellent and the customer service was wonderful. The actual product was terrible. The entire pocket watch was scratched up everywhere. It was clearly not new. No shine or professionalism whatsoever. Very disappointed to give this to someone. I will not buy from this buyer again and I recommended the same to all.
