Gift wrapping and packaging

My wreaths are secured in a sturdy box to prevent movement in shipping. I take extra care with packaging so that your wreath arrives in the beautiful condition in which it left my shop. Occasionally, damage can and does happen during shipment even when everything possible has been done to prevent it. If this happens, please take a picture of the damaged box and wreath and send it to me immediately. If you are purchasing a wreath as a gift, I will be happy to include a note or card. Please include in the order what you would like written on the card.

Each item is measured from tip to tip from the longest stem, ribbon tail or other object in the wreath or arrangement before it is listed in my Etsy shop. If measurements are crucial, please message me for comfirmation. I do try to list all measurements in the description of the item.

I only use quality materials in everything listed in my shop. It is extremely important to me that everything I make is neat and professional. In most cases I use glue, wire and zip ties when securing signs, stems, ribbon and other decorations to my wreaths and arrangements. Your wreath or arrangement should last years with proper care. All of my wreaths are suitable to be displayed outside, however they should be on a porch with some kind of overhang so they are out of the weather. If you know a severe storm is approaching, I advise bringing the wreath indoors until the storm has passed. Direct sun exposure may fade the colors over time. Store covered in a cool, dry place.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping is by USPS or FEDEX. Ready to ship items will ship within 3 days (depending on weekend/holidays). Shipping is for the lower 48 states. If delivery is to Alaska or Hawaii, please message me for shipping costs. Delivery can be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather, which is out of my control. Your wreath will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy box, perfect for wreath storage. I will pack this wreath with care, but please know that it will probably need some fluffing after shipping due to being packed tightly to avoid damage during shipping. If this happens, please take a picture of the damaged box and wreath and send it to me immediately.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

All sales are final. However, I stand 100% behind my product, if by some chance your wreath is damaged in shipping please contact me within 3 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. You may return the wreath in its original box and exchange it for another of equal value. Item must be in original condition (besides the damage done by shipping) and include all the materials and parts that were sent originally. No matter what you purchase I want you to be completely happy with it because it's going to last you several years if you take care of it. Cancellations need to be within 12 hours of order. Wreath attachments have a protective sealer on the painted parts, but should be displayed indoors or in protected areas only. If displaying outdoors, they should be under a covered porch or overhang. As with most things, extended exposure to the sun and elements will result in fading. Your wreath attachment should be protected from the elements.
