Our easy apply decals adhere to non-porous surfaces such as mirror, smooth wood (painted or stained), plexiglass, acrylic, foam board, poster board, glass, chalkboard, etc.. The vinyl decals do not stick well to fabric of any kind, including arch covers. ** Important to note: Oracal 631 vinyl decals can have a lower adhesion level with some types of VOC free paints (paints with stain blockers). If you have this type of paint there are ways to prepare the area for an easier application process. We recommend thoroughly cleaning the surface with a solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% water, wiping down the wall twice with a clean, lint-free cloth to ensure optimal adhesion. All orders are custom cut when purchased (colors, sizes, fonts, initials and names are all customization) just for you and your space thus we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If your decal is delivered damaged or incorrect we will gladly work with you though!

Our decals are cut out of solid color rolls of Oracal 631 brand vinyl. It is the highest quality of vinyl available. They contain NO background and they usually are shipped as one sheet for easy application. They come with a equally quality transfer tape that is removed in the application process. All orders are are mailed via the USPS or UPS ground unless you purchased expedited shipping. Once your order ships you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time at USPS.com or UPS.com. Sadly, sometimes domestic orders can take 2 full business weeks to be delivered. Thankfully, it rarely happens! We don’t consider a package "lost" or send replacements until ten full business days have passed since shipping (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Custom and personalized orders

Our vinyl decals are removable. Our high quality indoor vinyl removes easily by gently peeling it off very slowly. Heating it with a hair dryer on low beforehand will soften the vinyl for easier removal. They do no usually leave any residue or damaged paint if removed this way. Die-cut vinyl decals are not reusable or re-positionable. They are a one time use only.

Unfortunately shipping dates are estimates from Etsy. First class, USPS Priority and UPS ground shipping are not guaranteed arrival before any certain date and they seem to be taking more time these days! Therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery by any certain date as well unless you purchase our express shipping options. **We are NOT responsible for shipping delays by the post office and UPS. That is our of our control. We do try to ship quickly to circumvent this but we don’t offer refunds for decals that arrive later than the estimated shipping date. **Dates are an estimate from Etsy, and not a guarantee. Please order your decal as early as possible if you are needing it for an event. Thanks you!
