I know there policy states no refunds but sometimes you need to return or exchange an item especially if it’s boughten online. I bought the tiara for my daughter and it was way to big. Now I am stuck with it. When selling online exchanges or returns should always be allowed. Things don’t appear in person as they do in a picture
