Here are some quick tips to help:

TO KEEP ITEMS SHINY:
Store them in the purple bag when not in use.
Avoid using rubber products when displaying.
Wipe the jewellery with a polishing cloth after wearing.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY:
use a polishing cloth as your primary cleaning tool.
Use a liquid sterling silver cleaner as little as possible.
Both polishes and liquid cleaners can be found in most department stores.

Although most countries do not claim customs surcharges, we have detected some countries that charge extra on arrival of the order in the destination country.
These countries are:

If the shipping agency says your order is delivered, I understand that the order is complete. But if you have problems with the shipment, please contact me and I will try to solve the problem or we can file a claim together.

Shipments to remote islands in the Atlantic and Pacific, even if they belong to European countries and have the shipping price of the country, will not be made by agency but by normal certified shipments, because of their high price. These shipments can take up to more than a month to reach their destination. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

I will refund the price of the jewellery minus shipping costs in the same way you paid for it.
I will refund the price when I receive your order, in its original condition.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM or other countries outside the EU if this involves paying customs again. I will not accept the parcel and it will be returned. You must send the package as a return and present that customs has been paid, with the receipt from Etsy.
