Will you refund me if my plant arrives damaged or broken?

With minor damages- a partial refund is more common, bc the plant will still be okay. I always work with customers to get them what they want. With major damage- if the plant is beyond repair- I would send a replacement. Pictures of the cutting/plant’s condition are required in order to receive a replacement, showing time and date stamp, on the day of delivery. However if the plant did not meet your expectations, no. There is no exchanges. Shipping liven plants is not like shipping clothes or shoes. All information is provided in the listing. If you read the item’s detailed description, you will know exactly what you are getting. If you have special request and want to customize your cutting, please make these request to prevent any issue.

I have some Beautiful monstera aurea for sale!
These cuttings are discounted due to cosmetic damage. Browning on the leaves is very common with these variegated plants, all plants are healthy and pest free! I have regular, not damaged plants for sale as well, just check out my shop!

If you want a picture, purchase the "picture request" listing from my store and I will send a picture as I am processing your order, you will get a notification that your order is being processed, and you should message me then. It's much easier for me, that way I can make sure that specific leaf gets into your box :)

Shipping insurance is also very recommended. This covers any damages that happen during shipping only. This does not cover list or stolen packages. That needs to be taken up with ups and/or filing a police report.
