You can fully customize the look to match your branding:

• Choose Your Color: Select your primary frame color from the dropdown menu.

• Go Multicolor: Want different colors for different codes? (e.g., Blue for Venmo, Purple for Zelle). Simply select "Multicolor" from the menu and specify your choices in the Personalization box.

Personalization Box: Provide your links, social media handles, or payment usernames here. You can also send them via Etsy Messages!

📲 How to Get Your QR Codes

We want your codes to work flawlessly! Here is how you can provide them:

• The Best Way: Send us a screenshot of your QR code directly from your app (Venmo, PayPal, Instagram, etc.) via Etsy Chat. This is the most accurate method.

• Links or Usernames: You can provide your @username or a direct link. I can generate the QR code for you at no extra cost.

• Zelle Users: Please note that Zelle codes must be provided by you. You can find your unique code within your banking or Zelle app—just send us a screenshot!

• Venmo Users: While I can generate a code from a link, Venmo’s official app codes often work more reliably. Sending a screenshot is highly recommended.

• WiFi QR Codes: To create a WiFi access sign, please provide your Network Name (SSID) and Password in the personalization box or via message. I will also need to know the security type (WPA, WPA2, or WEP), though WPA2 is the standard for most modern routers.

Unsure where to find your code? Just ask! I can provide instructions for almost any payment system or social media platform.

✅ Approval Process: Your Digital Mockup

We want you to be 100% happy with the result. After you place your order:

I will create a digital mockup of your sign.

I will send the mockup to you via Etsy Messages for your approval.

Pro Tip: When you receive the mockup, try scanning the codes on your computer screen with your phone camera to ensure everything is linked correctly.

✨ PERSONALIZATION & PROOFS ✨

• Every item in my shop is handmade to order with great care and attention.
• For personalized products, I provide a digital proof (when applicable) so you can review the design before production.
• Your item will be created exactly as shown in the approved proof.
• You can request a few small adjustments to the proof free of charge.
• If I don’t receive your feedback within 48 hours, I’ll move forward with production to avoid unnecessary delays.

⏱ PROCESSING TIME ⏱

• Processing time depends on the product type and is always listed in the item description.
• On average, it takes about 1–4 business days to complete an order.
• Please note that if any personalization details are missing or sent late, the production time may be extended accordingly.

🚚 SHIPPING 🚚

• I offer worldwide shipping through reliable postal and courier services.
• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing the order.
• I cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
  – an incorrect or incomplete address,
  – restricted access for the courier (e.g., gated or limited-entry areas).
• Adding a contact phone number and email address helps the courier deliver your parcel without delays.
• PO Box addresses are not accepted for delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.
• If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing to confirm if timely delivery is possible.

💰 TAXES, DUTIES & FEES 💰

European Union & United Kingdom:
• Orders under €150 (EU) and £135 (UK) are free from customs duties — VAT is already paid at checkout.
• Most items in my shop fall below these limits, so usually no additional fees will apply upon delivery.
• If multiple products are purchased together and the total exceeds these thresholds, customs duties may be charged on delivery.

United States:
• All tariffs and fees are already included in the listed prices. You won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

🔄 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 🔄

• Because all personalized and custom items are made to order, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• However, I gladly offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:
  – the item was damaged during shipping,
  – the package arrived significantly later than the stated timeframe,
  – the order was lost in transit,
  – the item differs from the approved proof or there was an error on my part,
  – the package was stolen (official proof of a theft report is required).

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered if:
  – tracking confirms the package was delivered to the provided address,
  – the item was damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling,
  – the product matches the approved design and description.

Order Cancellations:
• Accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not yet started.
