What is the average delivery time for international shipping ?

Due to the current situation, the delivery times mentioned when you place an order are estimated, but not guaranteed. Please kindly note that during strike actions, postal service technical incidents or holiday seasons, delays are likely, including with other carriers, due to a high volume of packages awaiting to be processed. What are your shipping options ?

- For shipping outside the UK, for our customers peace of mind, tracked and signed shipping only is available for the time being. We work with different carriers such as Royal mail, DPD, Ups and Evri to guarantee a smooth and fully tracked service. - For the UK, Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class, tracked 24 delivery are available.

Brexit and EU VAT rules: does it affect shipping from 1st July 2021 ?

Our shop is based in the UK. A Custom Form is now included on your package for any shipping outside the UK. From 1st July 2021, VAT will be charged on imports to the EU regardless of value. VAT will apply at the rate of the buyer’s country of residence, which varies for every EU country between 5% and 20%. VAT will be collected by Etsy when you purchase our products. VAT will be paid to the home VAT authority of the EU country of registration, then forwarded to the relevant EU countries of the buyer's destination.

Orders to the EU and Northern Ireland : General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) from the 13th December 2024. What does it mean ?

Since the 13th December 2024, new GPSR apply for sellers shipping non-food consumer products from outside the EU to the EU and Northern Ireland. Changes have been made in order to be compliant with the new GPSR : a EU based authorised representative has been appointed, and futher legal informations have been added in my listing descriptions and included in the packages sent to the EU. I will therefore carry on shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland as usual. US tariffs : do they apply to US customers ?

From 29th August 2025, a 10% tariff will apply on any order shipped from the UK to the US. The de minimis exemption will also be removed from this date. Which means that 10% tariffs applies on any order, regardless of the value, which has been added into the shipping costs. Right now, Royal Mail and Transglobal Express have a duty paid system in place, so shipping to the US can now resume. Other UK couriers will also implement the PDDP system in the near future.
