What can I use your digital images for?

Our digital images are perfect for a wide range of creative projects, including but not limited to scrapbooking, card making, vinyl cutting, heat transfer projects, sublimation, and various crafts. They are compatible with popular cutting machines like Cricut and Silhouette, as well as CNC machines, making them versatile tools for crafting. You can use these to make everything you can think of; t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, stickers, calendars, banners, postcards, print artworks, home decor, party decorations, accessories and much more. Your creativity has no limits!

What file formats are available for download in your shop?

We offer a variety of file formats to ensure compatibility with a wide range of crafting and design software. All of our listings include the following formats: SVG, DXF and PNG. Some of our listings may also include other formats such as JPG, EPS and PDF. The available formats are mentioned in each product listing's description.

How do I download my purchased files?

If you’re not redirected right to the download page, there are three ways to download the digital items: • Via your Etsy account: Click on “You” tab in the top right corner and go to "Purchases and reviews". Next to the order, select "Download Files". • From the listing page: Go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item. • From the order confirmation email: You'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please note, you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

I just purchased a digital image, but I received a ZIP file. Why is that?

We use ZIP files to compress multiple files into a single location, making it easier for buyers to download our digital products. This reduces the file size, ensuring a quicker and more efficient download process. Once you receive a ZIP file, you can easily extract the included files and access the different formats and resources within as indicated in the product description. How to extract: • On a PC: Right-click on the ZIP file and select "Extract All." Follow the on-screen instructions to extract the files. • On a Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to automatically extract its contents.

Can I request customization for a design?

At this time, we do not offer customization services, including changes to size, color, adding elements, or tweaking the design itself. Our listings feature designs in their original form.
