I can't access my downloads!

How do I download my purchase?

After your purchase, a receipt with a button to download your files will be sent to the email that's registered to your Etsy account. You can also access your files from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile under the "You" drop down menu. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you have any issues downloading your order, send me a message and I can email them to you instead.

Why do my Spanish worksheets say PortugueseKids at the bottom?

Good eyes! I got my start on Etsy by making Portuguese & English flashcards for my daughter's preschool. When a friend of mine told me to try Etsy, I named my shop "PortugueseKids" because I only had Portuguese learning materials at the time. Because my husband is a translator in 5 different languages, we eventually decided to start making materials in Spanish, French and Italian as well. As you can imagine, this led to some confusion so we renamed the shop, Doodles & Safari. Some of our worksheets still have the PortugueseKids copyright at the bottom but don't worry - they are in the correct language :)
