Care instruction:
☆ Hand wash cold or cold wash on delicate cycle.
☆ Do Not Place it in the dryer. Instead, let it air dry by placing it on a flat surface and realigning the straps so they don’t dry wrinkled.
☆ Canvas material shrinks when wet, It’s all 100% new material. Please avoid washing often and instead spot cleaning as needed.

The seller was great talking too, it got here fast! But literally the very first night I got the bag I took it out the print peeled off, and the parts that didn’t peel off crinkled into little little mushy chunks on the bag!!!

Thank you for your review. We value feedback from our customers, but we'd like to clarify this review. Our designs use premium HTV vinyl, ensuring they won't peel or crack easily. Extensive tests on over 100 bags have proven their durability. Our vinyl is designed not to crack into small pieces and if it peels off as a whole design and stripes. We always address customer issues and requested pictures for better understanding. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response. For transparency, we take videos and photos during order preparation and packing. I personally use the same tote bag with this same design for nearly a year now, and the design remains strongly attached without any signs of peeling or cracking. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. We remain open to resolving any outstanding concern
