What is the process of returns and exchanges?

Within 7 days of receiving the item, you can contact me and let me know you’d like to return the item. Within 14 days of receiving the item, you can ship it back for a refund, correction, or exchange. The return date of the package is considered to be the one provided with the tracking number note.The product should be sent in its ORIGINAL CONDITION – unused, clean, and free of odors. Products whose return or claim we can't accept (if sent after the stated period, damaged due to inadequate packaging or incorrect usage) will be sent back to the client at his expense. Please, send the item in its original packaging. After we receive it, we will either start making a new piece/exchange, correction or we will refund you for the product's price.

Which items are eligible for a return and what is the price of the return label?

Please note that only items with standard sizes such as XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL are eligible for return. ALL CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (items that have been made to your specific measurements) are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN! ITEMS ON SELE can be returned only in the case of manufacturing DEFECT. All items ordered with a height that is different from the listed one for the specific size, are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return. In case you'd like to return an item with a return label from FedEx, the prices for US & Europe are as follows: - up to 0,5 kg - $40 - up to 1 kg - $60 - up to 2 kg - $90 For other destinations, please write me down, so that I can contact FedEx and ask them additionally.

Who is responsible for shipping the item back? What happens if the buyer refuses a shipped package?

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of an exchange or correction, the shipping cost for the second delivery from our side will be at the client’s expense. Please, have in mind that if a client refuses his/her packaged from the delivery company after we've dispatched it and the package returns back to us, we can refund the buyer with the price of the product excluding the shipping fees, connected with the returning of the package.

What shipping carrier we use and where are the packages shipped?

We use FedEx Express for all orders worldwide. When ordering an item, please convo me with your phone number as it is required for the express delivery. Items are shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address, please contact me via "convo", leave me a note, or e-mail me at aastraea.etsy [!at] gmail.com NOTE there might be delays due to customs procedures and holidays. It is out of my control.

How to choose what is my size? Do you make PLUS SIZE & CUSTOM SIZE? What is Custom Size?

Double-check every size, and ask us everything you want to know. We'll answer all your questions, send you additional pictures, and assist you if you don't know what your size is; feel free to contact us and send your measurement. We will assist you in choosing the right size. Plus Sizes & Custom Sizes are available! Just send me your measures, and I'll make sure the garment fits perfectly. Custom Size is considered a garment that is made according to your provided measurements for sizes up to 2XL. If your measurements correspond to a size 3XL or ABOVE 3XL, please make sure to mark the 3XL AND ABOVE option in the menu.

How to take your measurements?

BUST: Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor. WAIST: Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight. HIPS: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor. LOW WAIST: Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape. Due to the pants' lower waist, I'll add 2-3 inches to make the PERFECT fit!

The seller was very quick to reply and was communicative with customizing the size. I needed this for an event and needed to have it in purple. My sizing is difficult as it depends on fabric (stretch) and how it's made. Unfortunately, the outfit did not fit me well as it didn't really have a stretch. Bust size fit but was a little flat at the top and the pants was just an inch or two too small. The flapping part stuck out and didn't flow (needed to be cut more and smaller). Overall, It was a good try. Definitely need to know your size well online. I do recommend this seller as they have great designs and still good to work with.
